He noted there are some 23,franchises that <br />the Board will be considering in the future, and this adds <br />an additional two to three weeks lag time for each. <br />Attorney Brandenburg felt it is a waste of time to take the <br />Board's time to consider granting a request for a public <br />hearing, and staff would like to be able to schedule these <br />themselves with the help of the Commission's secretary.
