OCT 6 1992 <br />MOK .51 AGbt 487 <br />ON MOTION MADE by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to add the emergency item regarding the <br />taping system, as recommended by Mr. Barton. <br />Administrator Wright requested adding an item <br />concerning Change Order #2 for the South County Water Plant. <br />ON MOTION MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to add the emergency item as recommended <br />by the Administrator. <br />Mr. Wright suggested deleting Item 9, concerning a <br />request from the post office. After some discussion, it was <br />decided to leave it on the Agenda, as persons from <br />out-of-town were planning to make a presentation regarding <br />that item. <br />Attorney Brandenburg requested adding a discussion <br />regarding scheduling of public hearings. <br />Commissioner Lyons requested adding an item regarding <br />the beach bond issue. <br />ON MOTION MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to add the two emergency item, as requested <br />by the Attorney and Commissioner Lyons. <br />Commissioner Wodtke requested adding two items: a <br />report on a meeting held in Brevard County; and a discussion <br />concerning the parking situation in the back of the <br />Administration Building. <br />
