REQUIREMENTS, <br />OR ORDINANCE. NO. 82-7; PROVIDING FOR <br />INCLUSION IN THE CODE, SEVERABILITY <br />AND EFFECTIVE DATE._- <br />If any person decides to appeal any decision <br />made on the above matter, be -she will need a <br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur- <br />poses, he -she may need to Insure that a ver- <br />batim record of the proceedings is made, <br />which record includes the testimony in <br />evidence on which•the appeal is based <br />Sept. 17,1982 <br />The Chairman asked if there was any one present who <br />wished to be heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to close the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board, with a <br />vote of 4 to 1 Commissioner Fletcher voting <br />in opposition, adopted Ordinance 82-23 <br />amending Section 5, Channel Requirements, <br />of Ordinance 82-7, providing for inclusion <br />in the Code, severability and effective <br />date, and authorized the signature of the <br />Chairman. <br />
