ARTICLE 15 <br />OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br />- Number and type of posts to be covered <br />- Number and type of programs -and "services to be provided <br />- Current staffing deployment <br />Post descriptions <br />- Vacations, holidays, sick leaves, etc. <br />- Salaries <br />- Training programs <br />Product: The results of this task will indicate the number of staff <br />the new detention facility will require to provide <br />24 -hour -a -day supervision of all posts. In -addition to <br />security personnel, the analysis will also provide <br />information as to how many administrative, program, <br />service, clerical and other support staff will be <br />warranted. <br />In addition to the staffing analysis for the corrections <br />facility, the Frizzell team will conduct an assessment of Sheriff's <br />Office staffing requirements through the year 2002. This assessment <br />will include a review of the following variables: <br />Current staffing level <br />- Historical staffing level <br />- Number and type of services to provide <br />- Type of space needed by staff function <br />- Number of index offenses <br />- Number of arrests <br />- Number of calls for service <br />The sources of this information include the following: <br />- The Sheriff's Department staff <br />- All laws, regulations, policies, Court standards and <br />correctional guidelines in effect <br />- Annual Sheriff's Department reports for past years'-.' <br />- Previous annual budgets and current detailed operating budget <br />- As -built drawings of all facilities being utilized for <br />correctional and processing activity throughout the County <br />- Florida Department of Law Enforcement Annual Reports <br />- Annual costs of contract services being provided <br />- Appropriate Building and Fire Code requirements <br />- A large, reproducible map of the County, indicating municipal <br />jurisdictions, unincorporated areas, primary road and land <br />features and relevant County facilities <br />- A detailed and reproducible site plan for all facilities <br />AIA 0nC1%1LMT /141 • 0.1 0CARCHUECT ACREEMENT • T111RTEENT11101TION • JVLY19:I • AIM • m191) ;l0<t1h , 51.E 640" <br />OCT 6 1992 <br />
