Creation of Municipal Service Benefit Unit. <br />There is hereby established in Indian River County the Floralton <br />Beach Municipal Service Benefit Unit under the authority of, and with <br />all those powers conferred by, the Constitution of the State of Florida, <br />Sections 125.01(q) and 125.01(r) of the Florida Statutes and Chapter <br />200 of the Indian River County Code County. The real property <br />included within the boundaries of this municipal service benefit unit is <br />as <br />Flo-r-alto-n-Bethe pia corded -in Plat Book <br />3, Page 20, and the replat of part of the plat of Floralton <br />Beach, recorded-irePlat -Book -�, Page- of -Public Records -of ; <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />Lying in Indian River County, Florida. <br />SECTION 2 LEVY. <br />The first non -ad valorem assessment shall be levied for the tax <br />year 1992 - 1993. <br />SECTIONS.
