The continuance was.granted to <br />allow -time to- survey and establish the "sxeas within the su.1)j ect <br />-• property that were -environmentally -serisitive. -Subsequently, <br />on Sept. 9, 1982, the Planning and -Zoning Commission recom- <br />mended approval of the request in a 3-0 vote. <br />The subject property is located between U.S. #1:and the Indian <br />River, approximately 215 feet north: of 95th. Street (Durran.ce <br />'Road). The Land Use Designation is LD -2; Low Density with <br />approximately 20..'7 acres cl-ass:ified-as-eiiuironmentally sensi- <br />.Live.
