2/12/92(Legal)Ob <br />ORDINANCE 92- 15 <br />AN ORDINANCE --OF INDIAN RIVER -COUNTY] <br />FLORIDA, FOR THE REPEAL OF CHAPTER <br />10-1/2, HOUSING; ' OF THE CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND <br />DECLARING SAME TO BE NULL AND VOID, AND <br />OF NO EFFECT. <br />WHEREAS, Article I of Chapter 10-1/2 which is a special act <br />that relates to municipalities and, therefore, is not a necessary part <br />of the new Code except in the appendix for special acts; .and <br />WHEREAS, Article II of Chapter 10-1/2 merely reflects <br />Florida Statutes (Sec. 159.601 et seq.) on this subject and is, <br />therefore, not a necessary part of the new Code, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />SECTION 1. REPEAL. <br />Chapter 10-1/2 - Housing of the Code of Omit finances of <br />Indian River County (1974 edition) is hereby repealed and declared <br />null and void and of no effect. <br />,SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />-Th "rdinance shall --become- effeetive-on-beeon}ing-law. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on this 28 day of <br />April 1992. <br />This: ordinance wasadvertised in the Vero Beach Press - <br />Journal on the 9 day of April 1992, for a public hearing to <br />be held .on the 28 day of Apri l 1992, at .which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner Wheeler and the motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Bird , and, adopted by <br />the following vote: <br />Chairman Carolyn K..
