ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, DECLARING CHAPTER 13 3/4 LATE <br />_NIGHT RETAIL STORES NULL VOID <br />EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 1992. <br />WHEREAS, the Florida Legislature at its 1992 session passed <br />Chapter 92-103 which establishes standards for late night retail <br />stores; and <br />WHEREAS, this act preempts the County's local regulations <br />as of December 31; 1992, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />that; <br />SECTION 1.
