Council of independent Schools. Nonprofit <br />libraries, art galleries and museums open to the <br />public are defined as education institutions and <br />eligible for exemption. <br />C. Charitable institutions shall mean only non profit <br />corporations operating physical facilities in <br />Florida at which are provided charitable <br />services, a reasonable percentage of which shall <br />he wi-thout costt�tht se-una-bl-e to pay. <br />8. Local entertainer means an entertainer who is a <br />permanent resident of, or maintains a permanent place <br />of business in, this state. <br />Section 207.04 Disposition of taxes collected; municipal <br />license- taxes: amounts <br />1. The revenues derived from the occupational license tax, <br />exclusive of the costs of collection and any credit <br />given for MUNiCipd! ens one <br />between theuna-ncorporated -area-of--the—county and the <br />incorporated municipalities located therein by a ratio <br />derived by dividing their respective populations as <br />determined by the latest dicennial census. <br />2. The revenues so apportioned shall be sent to the <br />governing authority of each municipality according to <br />its ratio and to the governing authority of the county <br />according to the ratio of the unincorporated area <br />within the fifteen (15) days following the month of <br />receipt. <br />Section 207.05 Term of license transfer <br />1. No license shall be issued for more than one year and <br />air licenses shall expire on September% 30 Of CdCh year, <br />except -as other�ri-s-e p"vi-l-ed_l-y Irv. <br />2.
