MA <br />7� <br />Wednesday, November 3, 1982 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, November 3, 1982, at 8:30 o'clock A.M. <br />Present were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Alfred Grover <br />Fletcher, Vice Chairman; Dick Bird; Patrick B. Lyons; and <br />William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also present were Michael J. Wright, <br />Administrator; L. S. "Tommy" Thomas, Community Services <br />Director; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of County <br />Commissioners; Jeffrey K. Barton, Finance Director; Dan <br />Fleischman, Bailiff; and Virginia Hargreaves and Janice <br />Caldwell, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Pastor Vep Hudson, Church of God, gave the invocation, <br />and Commissioner Wodtke led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />September 1, 1982. <br />Commissioner Bird requested that on page 48, line 1, <br />the name "Kent" be corrected to read "Ken." <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Fletcher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />,approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />September 1, 1982, as corrected. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />correcti,ons to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />September 15, 1982. <br />fiP r; -E7"' <br />
