L::A <br />determine whether an applicant has been arrested, charged, or <br />indicted for, or convicted of any criminal offense that would <br />affect his eligibility for a permit. The expense of said <br />background -investigation shall be borne by the applicant through <br />the administrative fee established pursuant to Section 15 <br />hereunder. <br />CVOMTnM S <br />Section 8 of Ordinance 79-27 is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br />Section 8. NOTICE OF FILING AND OF APPROVED <br />APPLICATIONS.
