ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF LIABILITY FOR FIRING WEAPON <br />it , hereby acknowledge <br />and agree that I shall be solely responsible for any result <br />attributable to my firing of a weapon in connection with the <br />Indian River County Concealed Weapons License Application <br />Procedure.
