NOV 3 -1982 51 820 <br />MOTION was made by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, that the Attorney's office <br />be authorized to immediately file for validation <br />of the bond issue. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. It was <br />voted on and carried with a vote of 4 to 1, with <br />Commissioner Fletcher voting in opposition. <br />LIBRARY AGREEMENT - RESOLUTION 82-115 <br />Commissioner Lyons explained that due to a time limit, <br />this item had been run before the Library Advisory Board on <br />a letter basis, and he recommended that the Chairman be <br />authorized to sign the agreement. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke,that the Board adopt <br />Resolution 82-115 authorizing execution of the <br />Indian River County Library Agreement. <br />Commissioner Fletcher inquired if it had been <br />determined who would be the administrator of the library <br />system. <br />Assistant Attorney Paull responded negatively, and <br />pointed out that this Agreement would set up more control by <br />the Board. <br />Lengthy discussion ensued. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. It <br />was voted on and carried with a vote of 4 to 1, <br />with Commissioner Fletcher voting in opposition. <br />
