ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM <br />A-1, AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO RM -6, MULTIPLE FAMILY DISTRICT, <br />FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON JUNGLE TRAIL, SOUTH OF <br />SEA OAKS, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS; the -Planning -and -Zoning -Commission; sittings -the <br />l l�l�f•���l i•I�IRl�11 \•t•\•��1.\ '�J��l• A � � <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River county, Florida, that the zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The Sout"2of--government lots--10-and-11, Sectio"6-, <br />Township 31 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County; less <br />and --except; 3 fact of 1 <br />government m_ n_ _-t 1 n . Section <br />26, Township 31 South, Range 39 East; also less; beginning at <br />a point on the Indian River 1110 feet South of the North <br />boundary of government lot 10 for point of beginning; thence <br />run East 196 feet in government lot 11, Section 26, Township <br />31 South, Range 39 East; thence run South 210 feet, thence run <br />due West 196 feet to the boundary line between lots 10 and 11; <br />thence run north along said line 210 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />Be changed from A-1, Agricultural District to RM -6, Multiple Family <br />Residential District. <br />All-with_the-neaning-and_intent_and as set forth and described in <br />said Zonis Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, on this 14th day of August , 1990. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal <br />on the 25th day of July , 1990 for a public hearing to be <br />held on the day of August 14 ,. 1990 at which time it was moved for <br />adoption by Commissioner-Scvrloci— , seconded -by Commissioner <br />Bird , and adopted by the following vote: <br />SmeadSoft Reprint Date: Monday, August 12, 2013 - 15:16:10 - Offi21aftcuments:664, Attachment Id 0, Page 1 <br />
