Page 1437, <br />Appendix A, zoninq' under Section*2, Definitions. This <br />proposed change nas been initiated by the Community Development <br />Division after discussion with several builders and developers. <br />ALTERNATIVES & ANALYSIS: <br />This existing definition of "structure" includes single family <br />residential driveways. Under Section 25 (g)(2) of the Cod. <br />of -Ordinances:.. "No accessory building or structure shall -;.)e, <br />located in any required yard area." All residential zon?x;*.), <br />districts contain specific side yard setbacks, thus undo; `:he <br />existing definition all driveways (including the driveway <br />apron) must be set back a specific distance from the side <br />property lines.
