Release of Easement - Stephen Foote - Resolution 82-119 <br />The Board discussed the following information: <br />TO: The Honorable Members of the DATE: October 28, 1982 FILE: ER -82-10-01 <br />Board of County Commissioners #01 <br />THROUGH: Michael Wright <br />County Administrator SUBJECT: <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT REQUEST <br />DIVISION HEAD CONCURRENCE BY STEPHEN FOOTE <br />SUBJEBLOCKCE,PUNITR3+:OSLOTPARKS 1 AS/D <br />Patrick Bruce King_ <br />FROM: <br />Betty REFERENCES: <br />Zoning Department Inspector _ <br />This is in response to a Release of Easement request by Stephen Foote, owner <br />of the subject property. It is recommended that the data herein presented <br />be given formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Mr. Stephen Foote to release the common <br />side lot 5 foot easement., of lots 1 and 2, Block E, Unit 3, Oslo Park <br />Subdivision. <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power and Light, <br />Florida Cablevision Corporation, and the Utility and Right -OF -Way Departments. <br />The Zoning staff analysis, which includes.a site visit, showed that drainage <br />would be adequately handled by the existing front, rear and side swales. <br />
