Therefore, the amount of revenues and expenditures increases and decreases with <br />development. For this reason, projecting capacity charge revenues and expenditures is difficult. That is an increase of .97% from the 2009/10 projected expenses of $41,368,779. <br />Table 6.14 shows that, in FY 2013/14, the projected expenses for solid waste services are expected to <br />be $10,976,000. That is an increase of .98% from the 2009/10 projected figure of $10,869,504. <br />Operating Cost Protections <br />Table 6.15 provides projections of overall operating costs for the county for fiscal years 2009/10 <br />through 2013/14. In fiscal year 2013/14, the county is projected to incur approximately $264,872,395 <br />in operating costs.
