RESOLUTION NO. 82-127 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, have been requested to release the common side lot 5 foot easements <br />of lots 13 and 14, Block B, Unit 3, Oslo Park Subdivision, according to the Plat <br />of same recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19 of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of Oslo <br />Park Subdivision, Unit 3 for the public utility and drainage purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements has been submitted <br />in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot line easements in Oslo <br />Park Subdivision, Unit 3, shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The common side lot 5 foot easements of lots 13 and 14, Block B, Unit <br />3, Oslo Park Subdivision, according to the Plat of the same filed in <br />the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 4, page 19 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they hereby are <br />authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line easements <br />hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing in the <br />Public Records of Indian River.County, Florida. <br />This . 1st <br />ATTEST: <br />o <br />Freda Wright q <br />' 1 <br />day of December 1982. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY: O e <br />Don -C.
