Community Development Director King stated that he <br />wished to assure there was access and the plan did not show <br />a culvert. <br />Discussion continued about ingress and egress and Mr. <br />King felt it is necessary to be assured there is approval <br />for putting in the culvert. <br />Commissioner Lyons asked if the Attorney can clarify <br />whether they do have access to 12th Street. <br />Attorney Brandenburg felt that Mr. King has a valid <br />point that he wants to show a workable way to provide <br />ingress and egress to 12th St. and that permits are <br />available, etc. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, to grant preliminary <br />plat approval of Hidden Hammock II Subdivision <br />with the condition that a permit be obtained for <br />access to 12th St. from Lot 18 and with the nota- <br />tion that Items 2,3,4, and 5 are not a problem <br />for the developer - the final plat to reflect <br />the five concerns. <br />Discussion continued re the permit, and Mr. Beindorf <br />did not anticipate any problem with getting a permit. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />WATER RESOURCES STUDY AND JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT <br />The Board reviewed memorandum of Community Development <br />Director King; <br />F& <br />DEC 11982 <br />INK PAGE 274 <br />
