BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the intent of the Board <br />of County Commissioners is to revise the schedule of fees and <br />charges to produce sufficient revenues that will allow the <br />department after considering all expenses and administrative <br />costs to break even; and to promote this goal, the County shall <br />review the financial status of the department each year during the <br />budget workshop sessions to determine whether further rate <br />modifications are necessary. <br />4. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be <br />incorporated into the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and for this purpose section heads may be <br />renumbered or relettered. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wodtk.e who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A.
