King_ d^ god <br />Zoning Department Inspector <br />DATE: November 22, 1982 FILE: ER -82-11-03-07 <br />SUBJECT: s L��ENO� EASEMENT REgUEST <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY: LOTS 5 AND 6, <br />BLOCK W. UNIT 2, OSLO PARK S/D <br />REFERENCES: <br />This is in response to a Release of Easement request by Glenn and Kay Wild, <br />owners of the subject property. It is recommended that the data herein pre- <br />sented be given formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Glenn and Kay Wild to "release the common <br />side lot 5 foot easements of Lots 5 and 6, Block W, Unit 2, Oslo Park Sub- <br />division. <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power and Light, <br />Florida Cablevision° Corporation and the Utility and Right -of -Way Departments. <br />The Zoning staff analysis, which includes a site visit, showed that drainage <br />would be adequately handled by the existing front, rear and side swales. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />After site inspection by Zoning Inspector Charles Kindig, it is the Zoning <br />Department's opinion that to release the common side lot 5 foot easements of <br />lots 5 and 6, Block W, Unit 2, Oslo Park Subdivision, would have no adverse <br />effect and would allow the petitioner to utilize these 2 lots as one larger, <br />single family residential lot. However, if the easements are not released, <br />the petitioner will be denied his request to utilize these 2 lots as one larger. <br />parcel. <br />RECONMMATION: <br />Staff recommends the release of -the common side lot 5 foot easements of lots <br />5 and 6, Block W, Unit 2, Oslo Park Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Fletcher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 82-131 releasing the common <br />side lot 5 foot easements of Lots 5 and 6, <br />Block W, Unit 2, Oslo Park Subdivision, as <br />requested by Glenn and Kay Wild. <br />� � i <br />
