DEC 15 1982 <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />This Release of Easement, executed this 15th day of <br />December <br />, 1982, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, first party; Mr. Randy E.
