.DEC 15 1982 <br />BQbK <br />2 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 82-32 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent <br />to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Blocks A,B and C, Oslo Park, Unit #1, according to <br />the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 96, <br />public records of Indian River County, Florida <br />And Also <br />The south 5 acres of the east 10 acres, less the <br />south 480 feet of the west 155 feet and less road <br />right-of-way, of Tract 16, Section 23, Township 33 <br />South, Range 39 East. <br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District to M-1, <br />Restricted Industrial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect January 3, 1983. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 15th day of DeCr , 1982. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER FIUNTY , <br />By G <br />DON C.
