2.75 MILLION WATER & SEWER REVENUE BOND AWARD <br />County Administrator Wright announced that the second <br />agenda item related to the proposed issuance of 2.7 million <br />in Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds Anticipation Notes as <br />explained in the following memo from Attorney Brandenburg: <br />TO: Members of the DATE. December '22, 1982.FILE: <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: $2.75 million Indian <br />River County Florida Water <br />and Sewer Revenue Bonds <br />Series 1982 Anticipation <br />Notes <br />FROM: Gary M. Brandenburg REFERENCES: <br />County Attorney <br />The $2.75 million note issue will be closed in Jacksonville, <br />Florida on the 30th of December, 1982. A pre-closing will occur on <br />the 29th of December which will have in attendance our bond <br />counsel, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, County <br />Administrator and myself. In order to proceed to closing it will <br />be necessary to adopt the attached resolution entitled Resolution <br />Authorizing the Issuance of Not Exceeding $2,750,000 Water and <br />Sewer Revenue Bond Series 1982, Anticipation Notes of Indian River <br />County, Florida; Providing for the Payment Thereof and Entering <br />into Certain Covenants and Agreements with the Holders Thereof; <br />Awarding the Notes to the Purchaser at Private Sale; and Providing <br />an Effective Date. <br />The resolution has attached as an exhibit the escrow agreement. it <br />will also be necessary for the Board to authorize the Chairman to <br />sign any and all necessary documents to close the transaction and <br />for this office to deliver the documents. <br />You will note that the paying agent and trustee for the notes must <br />be inserted on Pages 3 and 9 of the resolution and the purchase <br />price for the notes inserted on Page 11. <br />Resper dully.4sub itted, <br />ry Brandenbur <br />Stan Livingood of Arch W.
