Pietro, Albano & Teresa <br />Lots. 12 and 13, Oceanaire Heights, Unit #1 <br />Parcel #23-31-39-01-0020-0012.0 <br />The above lot located in Oceanaire Heights Subdivision, which is presently <br />37% developed, is a very densely overgrown lot with pepper trees and under- <br />brush growing onto the complainant's property. The complainant is an elderly <br />lady who lives alone; she does not get around well and has had numerous <br />problems with snakes on her patio, and the berries from the pepper trees. <br />growing up to the side of her house, fall into her airconditioning unit. <br />It is the staff's opinion this lot is creating a public nuisance and should <br />be cleared. <br />3. Edmonds, Edwin <br />Y Lots 6 & 7, Blk. 1, Townsites of Roseland Subdivision <br />Parcel #21-30-38-00005-0010-00006.0 <br />The above lot located in Townsites of Roseland Subdivision, which is presently <br />46% developed, is a lot that is overgrown and has an extremely large dead <br />tree located directly adjacent to the complainant's residence, which is the <br />only thing he feels is endangering the health and safety of his family. <br />It is the staff's opinion that this tree is creating a public nuisance and <br />should be removed." <br />4. Bell, Catherine N. <br />Lot 1, Blk. 6., Floraton Beach Subdivision, Unit #1 <br />Parcel #22-33-40-00001-0002-00001.0 <br />The above lot located in Floraton Beach Subdivision, which is 67% developed, <br />is a very heavily overgrown lot; the pepper trees hang into the neighbor's <br />property as well as hinder the visibility at -the corner of Sea Grape Drive <br />and Reef Road. This is also a breeding ---place for mosquitoes, snakes and <br />rodents. <br />It is the staff's opinion that this lot is creating a public nuisance and <br />should be cleared. <br />5. E, Floraton Beach Subdivision, Unit #1 <br />Parcel #22-33-40-00001-0005-00001.0 and 2.0 <br />The above lots located in Floraton Beach Subdivision, which is presently 67% <br />developed, are very overgrown with large pepper trees and underbrush. These <br />lots are located adjacent to numerous residences and are creating a breeding <br />place for mosquitoes, snakes and rodents. <br />It is the staff's opinion these lots are creating a public nuisance and <br />should be cleared. <br />6.
