O'Connell, Merle Creary <br />Lotsl & 2, Blk. 2, Townsite of Roseland Subdivision <br />Parcel #21-30-38-00005-0020-00001.0 <br />The above lots located in Townsite of Roseland Subdivision, which is pre- <br />sently 46% developed, are presently overgrown with pepper trees. <br />It is staff's opinion the lots are not creating a public nuisance, and <br />should not be cleared. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the adoption of the attached Resolution with Exhibit A, <br />containing those lots that have been described above as creating a public <br />nuisance and that the Zoning Department hereby be directed to notify the <br />owner or owners to abate the condition within fifteen days thereafter. <br />21 <br />
