Commissioner Lyons agreed to serve as the <br />representative and Commissioner Fletcher as alternate. <br />The Chairman instructed that the record show that the <br />Board unanimously agreed that Commissioner Lyons will serve <br />as representative to the EMS COuncil and Commissioner <br />Fletcher as his alternate. <br />B. Extension Overall Advisory Committee <br />Commissioner Lyons commented that we agreed to appoint <br />several people and so far he has been unable to find any <br />volunteers. <br />In further discussion, it was agreed to defer action <br />until the next meeting after Ms. Wakefield's request can be <br />reviewed. <br />C. Economic Opportunities Council <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to continue incumbents Harold Winkler, <br />Carol.Hayslip, and Barry Sesack, for another <br />year on the Economics Opportunities Council. <br />D. Board of Zoning Adjustments <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />reappointed incumbents Rita Thomas (District 1) <br />and Fred Plair (District 3) to the Board of <br />Zoning Adjustments. <br />E. Planning & Zoning Commission <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unani- <br />mously reappointed Carolyn Eggert to the <br />41 <br />JAIL 5 1983 .
