ORDINANCE NO. 83-4
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
<br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held
<br />a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest
<br />and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
<br />as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in rder that the
<br />following described property situgted in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />The following thirty-six (36) lots which are contained
<br />in Pine Lakes Estates, Unit 1, an unrecorded plat:
<br />Lots 5, 6, 17, 18, 25, 27 and 28 in Block A; Lot 20
<br />in Block B; Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18 in Block C; Lots 12,
<br />13, 14, 15, 16, 17. 18, 21 and 22 in Block D; Lots 3,
<br />4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 16 in Block E; Lots 4,
<br />5 and 6 in Block H and Lots 6 and 7 in Block F. Located
<br />in the Southwest one-quarter of the Southwest one-quarter
<br />of Section 21, Township 31 South, Range 38 East, and the
<br />North one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northwest
<br />one-quarter of Section 28, Township 31 South, Range 38 East.
<br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District and R-1, Single
<br />Family Residential to R-lE, Country Estate District.
<br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
<br />described in said Zoning Regulations.
<br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
<br />of Indian River County, Florida on this .5;bL day of 96"" aA-'0y
