ORDINANCE NO. 2014- 005 <br />SECTION 12. Section 403.08, Demolition, of The Code of Indian River County is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(2) Notices and orders. All notices and orders shall comply with section 403.08 403.05. <br />SECTION 13. SEVERABILITY. <br />If any section, sentence, paragraph, phrase, or word of this ordinance is held by a <br />court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding <br />shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance not having been held by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, which shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />SECTION 14. CODIFICATION. <br />It is the intention of the Board of County Commissioners that the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall become and be made part of The Code of Indian River County, and that <br />the sections of this ordinance may be renumbered or re -lettered and the word ordinance <br />may be changed to section, article or such other appropriate word or phrase as the <br />Municipal Code Corporation deems necessary in order to accomplish such intention. <br />SECTION 15. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />A certified copy of this ordinance, as enacted, shall be filed by the Clerk with the <br />Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Florida within ten days after enactment, and <br />this ordinance shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press Journal on the 20th day of <br />March, 2014, for a public hearing to be held on the 1st day of April, 2014, at which time it <br />was moved for adoption by Commissioner gol ar; , seconded by Commissioner <br />Davis , and adopted by the following vote: <br />9 <br />CODING: Words in strike through format are deletions to existing text; words in underlined format are <br />additions to existing text. <br />
