rJAN 19 193 <br />AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF VERO BEACH RE USE OF UTILITY POLES <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />approved an Agreement with the City of Vero <br />Beach allowing use of certain City owned utility <br />poles located between the County Administration <br />Building and the County Courthouse. <br />Said Agreement will be put on file in the Office of the <br />Clerk when fully executed and received. <br />DISCUSSION IN REGARD TO REPEALING SPECIAL ACTS <br />Attorney Brandenburg informed the Board that he would like <br />to attend the meeting of our Legislative Delegation to discuss <br />cleaning up the County Code by repealing the old Special Acts and <br />bring back a recommendation. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the County Attorney to attend the <br />meeting of the Legislative Delegation and dis- <br />cuss repeal of the Special Acts as above. <br />APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT - LURIA'S PLAZA (Continued) <br />Mr. King reported that they have reviewed the proposed <br />conditions with the local project manager for Luria's Plaza, who <br />apparently is not in total agreement with them. Staff, there- <br />fore, requests that this matter be tabled to a later meeting. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to defer consideration of preliminary plat <br />approval for Luria's Plaza until a later meeting. <br />64 <br />
