DECAPRIO <br />Utilities , :'`.���✓ <br />Finance <br />r Other <br />TO: <br />January 6, 1983 <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Indian River County <br />County Administration Building <br />1840 - 25th Street <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Gentlemen: <br />Mainland <br />- Office <br />Calvin B. Brown, representing The First Bankers <br />of Indian River County, has forwarded to me a trustee's <br />deed from the bank to meas the surviving trustee of <br />Vero Sign Service, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation, <br />conveying a parcel of land with easements and certain <br />well facilities in Hillcrest Subdivision. I am advised <br />that in 1951, a trust deed was executed by Vero Sign <br />Service to the bank. The bank wishes to terminate its <br />responsibilities; hence, the deed to me. <br />I am further advised that the county has established <br />a public water system to serve the Hillcrest Subdivision. <br />It, therefore, appears proper to me that I should convey <br />the property to the county. - <br />I enclose herewith a copy of the trust deed the <br />original trustee's deed from the bank to me, together <br />with the bank's attorneys' check to the order of Freda <br />Wright, Clerk, to cover documentary stamps and recording. <br />If it is the desire of the Board that this property be <br />conveyed to the county, then I suggest that you direct <br />the county attorney to prepare an appropriate quit -claim <br />deed, send it to me and I will execute it and return it <br />with the understanding that then the deed to me and the <br />deed from me will be consecutively recorded. <br />SNS,Jr.:SMP <br />Encs. <br />Sincerely, <br />Sherman N.
