ORDINANCE NO. 2010- 014 <br />SECTION 4. Effective Date. <br />This ordinance shall become effective on November 2, 2010 only if a majority vote <br />"yes" in favor of the authority of the Board to grant property tax exemptions to new <br />businesses and expansions of existing businesses, at the referendum scheduled for <br />November 2, 2010. If a majority vote "no" against such authority, this ordinance shall be <br />null and void. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press Journal on the 11th day of <br />June , 2010, for a public hearing to be held on the 22nd day of June , 2010, at <br />which time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis —,seconded by <br />Commissioner F1 escher , and adopted by the following vote: <br />Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan Aye <br />Vice Chairman Bob Solari Aye <br />Commissioner Wesley S. Davis Aye <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher Aye <br />Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the ordinance duly passed and adopted this <br />22 day of June 2010. <br />ATTEST: Jeffrey K.
