ORDINANCE 2012-036 <br />(e) Erosion and sedimentation control plans, during and after construction. <br />(f) Statement of all assumptions and reference sources used in conduct of the study. <br />(g) If soils are to be removed, submit a plan showing the removal and replacement of <br />unsatisfactory soils for approval. <br />(h) Where percolation is proposed, at least one (1) boring per basin, sha4lbe <br />wed. Said borings shall be to a depth of twenty (20) feet below the invert of <br />the basin or to a depth sufficient to locate the groundwater table or impervious <br />soil layer. If the stormwater management system utilizes percolation in the design, <br />a minimum of one (1) soil permeability analysis per stormwater tract, with a <br />maximum spacing of two hundred (200) feet between percolation test sites, must <br />be provided by the soil testing company and clearly demonstrated in the soil <br />investigation report. <br />(i) A general description of the manner in which the stormwater management system <br />is to be maintained, indicating who or what entity shall be responsible and by <br />what method the responsibility shall be created and documented. <br />(j) A list of all agencies (state, federal or local) having permit jurisdiction for the <br />project. A copy of all state, local, SJRWMD, and federal permits shall be <br />submitted prior to issuance of a building permit. In cases where a surface water <br />management permit is required from the SJRWMD, identical plans and <br />calculations shall be submitted for review and coordination between the county <br />and the SJRWMD. <br />(2) Type B permit and Type C permit. Any owner or owner's authorized agent <br />(hereinafter "applicant") who intends to undertake any development activity within the scope of <br />the floodplain regulations in this chapter, including buildings structures and facilities exempt <br />from the Florida Building Code which is wholly within or partially within any flood hazard area <br />shall first make application to the Floodplain Administrator and the Building Official, if <br />applicable and shall obtain the required Type B or Type C Permit(s) and approvals).
