ORDINANCE 2012-036 <br />3. Indicate the use and occupancy for which the proposed development is <br />intended. <br />4. Be accompanied by a site plan or construction documents as specified in <br />Section 930.07(2)(a) of these floodplain regulations. <br />5. State the valuation of the proposed work. <br />6. Be signed by the applicant or the applicant's authorized agent. <br />k4 Additional application information. In addition to the information required for <br />Type A permits in subsection 930.08(1) of this chapter, an applicant for a Type B <br />permit shall submit to the community development director all information <br />showing compliance with section 930.07(2) of this chapter_ For Type "C" permits, <br />an applicant shall submit information showing compliance with Section 930.07(2) <br />of this chapter and all information required in section 930.08(2)(a through (c). <br />and the following.: <br />e) Validitv of hermit or approval. The issuance of aType B or Tyne C permit or <br />approval pursuant to the floodplain regulations in this chapter shall not be <br />construed to be a permit for or approval of, any violation of these regulations, the <br />Florida Building Codes or any other regulations of this community. The issuance <br />of permits based on submitted applications, construction documents, and <br />information shall not prevent the Floodplain Administrator from requiring the <br />correction of errors and omissions. <br />t� Expiration.
