Wednesday, February 2, 1983 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, February 2, 1983, at 8:30 o'clock A.M. <br />Present were Richard N. Bird, Chairman; Don C. Scurlock, <br />Jr., Vice Chairman; Alfred Grover Fletcher, and Wi.jliam C. <br />Wodtke, Jr. Patrick B. Lyons was delayed one hour. Also <br />present were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; L. S. <br />"Tommy" Thomas, Community Services Director; Gary <br />Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; <br />Jeffrey K. Barton, Finance Director; Dan Fleischman, <br />Bailiff; Barbara Bonnah and Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy <br />Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />H. Malcolm Wansley, Pastor, Calvary Baptist Church, <br />gave the invocation, and Commissioner Lyons led the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additionsxto the <br />Agenda. <br />Chairman Bird, on behalf of Commissioner Lyons, asked <br />that a report on the Emergency Medical Committee be added to <br />the Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to place the above item on the Agenda. <br />Chairman Bird, on behalf of Commissioner Lyons who had <br />been delayed, requested that a discussion of an enclave in <br />Indian River Shores be added to the Agenda. <br />� FEB 2 <br />19 3 � x PACE 70. : <br />
