R Lumm <br />The Board reviewed the following memo: <br />TO: The Honorable Members of DATE: January 19, 1983 FILE: ER -12-03-09 <br />the Board of County Commissioners <br />THROUGH: Michael Wright, <br />County Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Release of Easement <br />DIVISION HEAD CONCURRENCE Request by J. R. LuTm <br />Subject Property: <br />Lots 19 & 20, Block F, Unit 2, <br />Patrick Bruce King Stevens Park Subdivision <br />FROM: es "' REFERENCES: <br />Zoning Inspector <br />This is in response to a Release of Easement request by J. R. Lumen, owner <br />of the subject property. It is recommended that the data herein presented <br />be given formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />DESCRIPTION AMID CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by J. R. Lumen to release the rear lot 10 <br />,7 foot easements of lots 19 & 20, Block F, Unit 2, Stevens Park Subdivision. <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power and Light, <br />Florida Cablevision Corporation and the Utility and Right -of -Way Departments. <br />The Zoning staff analysis, which includes a site visit, showed that drainage <br />would be adequately handled by the existing front and side swales. <br />AERNATIVES AMID ANALYSIS: <br />Peer site inspection by Zoning Inspector Charles Kindig, it is the Zoning <br />Department's opinion that to release the rear lot 10 foot easements of lots <br />15 & 20, Block F, Unit 2, Stevens Park Subdivision, would have no adverse <br />effect and would allow the petitioner to make two 50' X 124'+ lots into two <br />lots, 63' X 100' and 61' X 100', in order to build two homes on these lots. <br />However, if the easements are not released, the petitioner will be denied <br />his request to utilize these 2 lots as 2 wider parcels. <br />R?1ENIDATION: <br />Staff reds the release of the rear lot 10 foot easements of lots 19 & <br />20, Block F, Unit 2, Stevens Park Subdivision. <br />Commissioner Wodtke noted that in the future he did not <br />feel it necessary that the Board be given all the papers <br />that are to be executed for a release of easement, and <br />Commissioner Fletcher agreed that all he would like to see <br />is the memo reporting on the staff inspection of the site. <br />9 <br />
