ON MOTION by Commissioner Fletcher, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Scurlock, the <br />Board unanimously agreed to remove <br />Item 10-A from the Agenda. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />December 23, 1982. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting <br />of December 23, 1982, as written. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of JAnu- <br />ary 5, 1983. <br />Commissioner Fletcher pointed out that'...the Motion on <br />the Agreement regarding Library Funding, Page 6, recorded <br />a unanimous vote, but he remembered -voting against the <br />agreement. He asked that this be researched. He also <br />pointed out that on Page 61 reference was twice made to <br />"Dr. Fischer," and this should be corrected to "Robert <br />Fisher." <br />Upon research of the tape of the meeting, it was <br />determined that Ctammissioner Fletcher apparently had <br />voted for the Library Agreement inadvertently. <br />Thesecorrections having been made, ON <br />MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of January 5, 1983, were <br />unanimously approved as written. <br />3 <br />FEB 2 1983 wK 52 PAcE X03 <br />
