TO: Board of County <br />Commissioners <br />THRU: Michael Wright <br />County Administrator <br />1C EAG[ <br />DATE: January 25, 1983 FILE: <br />SUBJECT: Requisition for the Third <br />Quarterly Payment FY 1983 of <br />Annual Contributions Contract - <br />Section 8.Existing Housing Rental <br />Assistance Program <br />FROM: Edward i 'Rega REFERENCES: <br />Executive Director <br />IRC Housing Authority <br />It is recommended that the data herein presented be given <br />formal consideration by the County Commission. <br />In order to requisition funds quarterly from the U.S. De- <br />partment of Housing and Urban Development to operate our Section <br />8 Housing Assistance Program, we are required to submit four (4) <br />executed copies of HUD.Form 52663. This is consistent with our <br />Annual Contributions Contract entered into on December 30, 1978 <br />and as amended August 3, 1982. <br />I respectfully request the Board of .County Commissioners <br />authorize the Chairman to execute the four copies of HUD Form <br />52663 for the Third quarterly payment. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, <br />Commissioner Fletcher voting in <br />opposition and Commissioner Lyons <br />being temporarily delayed, the Board <br />by a 3-1 vote approved the Requisition <br />for Third Quarterly Payment of the <br />Annual Contributions Contract - <br />Section 8 Existing Housing Rental <br />Assistance Program, HUD Form 52633, <br />and authorized the signature of the <br />Chairman. <br />0 <br />
