Wednesday, February 16, 1983 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, February 16, 1983, at 8:30 o'clock A.M. <br />Present were Richard N. Bird, Chairman; Don C. Scurlock, <br />Jr., Vice Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, and William C. Wodtke, <br />Jr. Also present were Michael J. Wright, County Administra- <br />tor; L. S. "Tommy" Thomas,"Community Services Director; Gary <br />Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; <br />Jeffrey K. Barton, Finance Director; Dp.,n Fleischman, <br />Bailiff; Barbara Bonnah and Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy <br />Clerks. <br />Alfred Grover Fletcher was not present due to his <br />resignation from the Board of County Commissioners, <br />effective February 7, 1983, as follows: <br />P. 0. Box 276 <br />Roseland, Florida 32957 <br />February 7, 1983 <br />Governor Bob Graham <br />The Capitol <br />Tallahassee, Florida <br />Re: Resignation from Office of Indian River County Commissioner <br />for District #1 <br />Dear Governor Graham: <br />Please be advised that as of February 7, 1983, 1 irrevocably <br />resign as Indian River County Commissioner for District #1.
