<br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

<br />I. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and rati-i
<br />fled in their entirety.
<br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage I
<br />improvements to 10th Court, between 2nd
<br />Street
<br />and 4th Street, heretofore designated as
<br />Public Works Project No. 8301,
<br />is hereby ap- i
<br />proved subject to the terms outlined above and
<br />all applicable requirements of Ordinance
<br />81-27.
<br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Com-
<br />missioner --- who moved its adoption. The
<br />motion was seconded by Commissioner --
<br />and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as
<br />follows:
