usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County <br />Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall. receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvements, to wit: <br />Lots 10 - �7,.'B1ock B; Lots 7 - 13, Block C; Lots 1 - 7, <br />Block D; Lots 1 - 8, Block E; as shown -on the Plat of <br />Indian Rivpr Heights Subdivision, Unit•3 Plat Book & Page 49 <br />of Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OIF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing .recitals are affirmed .and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A'project providing fors .paving and' drainage improve- <br />ments to 18th Avenue, between 2nd..Street and 4th Street, <br />heretofore designated -as Public'Works Project No. 8222, is hereby <br />approved subject to the terms outlined above and'all applicable <br />requirements of Ordinance 81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption.
