ORDINANCE 2010- 008 <br />b. The following modifications are allowed upon approval from the community <br />development director or his designee: <br />1. Foundation planting strips may be located away from buildings to <br />adjacent, nearby areas to avoid conflicts with architectural features <br />(e.g., roof overhangs, awnings), driveways, and vehicular areas serving <br />drive -up windows. <br />2. The depth of foundation planting strips may be modified if the overall <br />minimum area covered by the proposed foundation plantings proposed <br />meets or exceeds the area encompassed by a typical layout. <br />3. Foundation planting areas may be concentrated in one or more <br />areas of the building perimeter, if warranted based upon site <br />constraints or building and site design <br />SECTION #5 <br />Section 911.22(5)(e), Other Corridors foundation planting requirements, is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />(5) Landscaping.
