ORDINANCE 2012-021 <br />5. The paved road requirements of Chapter 952 shall apply to P.D. <br />projects. <br />6. Pedestrian systems shall be provided within P.D. projects to serve all <br />land uses in a manner consistent with the requirements and provisions <br />of sections 913.09(4) and 913.09(5), and the county comprehensive <br />bikeway and sidewalk plan. Pedestrian access from the P.D. project to <br />adjacent recreation areas or schools shall be provided. <br />7. The board of county commissioners, based upon a recommendation <br />by the technical review committee and the supervisor of elections, <br />may require that the P.D. project provide a facility or use of a facility <br />for election polling. <br />8. All streets shall be either dedicated to the public or dedicated to and <br />maintained by a private property owner's association. If a street <br />proposed for dedication to the county in a new P.D. project will be a <br />continuation of an existing dedicated and accepted street, the entire <br />street right-of-way for the proposed street shall be dedicated to the <br />public and platted with the P.D. project. Roads deemed necessary to <br />provide access to adjacent properties shall be dedicated to the public <br />unless adequate legal provisions can be made to guarantee access to <br />and use of the street system by area property owners. <br />Section 915.18. Open space standards. <br />(1) The minimum amount of open space required within a planned development project <br />shall be as specified within the underlying zoning district(s) (other than P.D.) for special exception <br />uses, or, in cases where the planned development zoning overlay district is used, as specified in the <br />appropriate underlying comprehensive plan land use designations as follows: <br />C-1 .....N/A <br />C-2 ..... 50% <br />AG -1, AG -2, AG -3 ..... 80% (60% for TND proiect area within AG -1, AG -2, AG -3) <br />R.....50% <br />L-1 .....40% <br />L-2 ..... 40% <br />M-1 .....40% <br />M-2 ..... 30% <br />REC .....
