ORDINANCE 2012-021 <br />issued only for those areas of the planned development which have received <br />preliminary planned development plan approval. <br />(A) The preliminary planned development plan shall consist of a site plan and <br />preliminary plat, and shall be reviewed and approved pursuant to the <br />requirements and procedures of Chapter 913 and Chapter 914 as a concurrent <br />site plan/preliminary plat application. <br />(B) Preliminary planned development plans may represent all of a planned <br />development project area, or a phase or phases pursuant to the provisions of <br />section 915.09 of this chapter. <br />(C) No preliminary planned development plan shall be deemed to be approved <br />until such time as the planned development project's conceptual plan is <br />approved. <br />(D) Submittal requirements for preliminary planned development plan <br />applications are found in section 915.25 of this chapter. <br />(4) Land development permit. No construction may occur on a planned development <br />project site until a land development permit has been issued. No land development <br />permit application shall be submitted prior to board approval of the project <br />conceptual planned development plan and TRC review and approval of the <br />preliminary planned development plan covering the area for which the land <br />development permit is sought. <br />(A) The land development permit shall be reviewed and approved pursuant to the <br />land development permit requirements and procedures of Chapter 913, <br />Subdivisions and Plats. <br />(B) The land development permit shall conform to the approved planned <br />development conceptual and preliminary plans and all conditions attached <br />thereto. <br />(5) Building permit. No building permit(s) shall be issued prior to issuance of a land <br />development permit covering the area for which the building permit is sought. <br />(A) The building permit application shall be reviewed and approved pursuant to <br />standard county building permit review and approval procedures. <br />(B) The approved building permit shall conform to the approved planned <br />development conceptual and preliminary plans and all conditions attached <br />thereto. <br />(6) Final planned development plan.
