ORDINANCE 2012-021 <br />2. Wetlands; <br />3. Native vegetation coverage, by community; <br />4. Protected trees; <br />5. Topography and drainage features (including canals and ditches), soil <br />types; <br />6. Archeological or historic features or areas where such features are <br />probable to occur within the project area; <br />7. Wells, free-flowing or valved; <br />8. Buildings, structures, or driveways and their disposition (to be <br />removed, to remain, to be altered); <br />9. Utilities services and facilities, including, but not limited to water, <br />sewer, electric, telephone, cable; <br />10. Easements; <br />(1) General water, sewer, irrigation and fire suppression and protection system <br />layout; <br />(m) Signed and sealed survey of the project site; <br />(n) Existing and proposed road right-of-way conditions; <br />(o) Description of the proposed or existing maintenance entity and program <br />covering all common areas, facilities and improvements. Designations for all <br />improvements, facilities, and areas as public or private; <br />(p) Vicinity map, showing the land area within three quarters (3/4) of a mile of <br />the project area. <br />(q) Two (2) aerials at a scale not greater than one inch equals one hundred (100) <br />feet, each with an overlay showing: <br />1. Project area boundary; <br />2. Proposed roadway and pedestrian system layout; <br />3. Proposed areas of development (impervious surfaces); <br />4.
