WHEREAS, Indian River County shall pay the remaining <br />twenty-five percent (25%) of the total cost of the project; and <br />WHEREAS, any special assessment not paid within said <br />ninety (90) day period shall bear interest beyond the due date at <br />a rate established by the Board of County Commissioners at the <br />time of preparation of the final assessment roll, and shall be <br />payable in two (2) equal installments, the first to be made twelve <br />(12) months from the due date and the second to be made twenty- <br />four (24) months from the due date; and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated <br />usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of'County <br />Commissioners has determined -that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvements, to wit: <br />(All described parcels lie within, and all references below <br />to any section or part thereof shall mean, Section 12, <br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, in Indian River County, <br />Florida.) <br />1. North 1/2 of North 1/2 of East 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 of <br />Northeast'l/4 less road right-of-way as recorded Official <br />Records Book 420, Page 581, 583. <br />2. Beginnidy at a point 990 feet South and 837 feet West of <br />Northeast corner of Northwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4, run South <br />172.47 feet, East 268.08 feet, South 136 feet, East 120 feet <br />North 100 feet, East 31 feet, North 198.39 feet, West 431 <br />feet to Point of beginning. <br />3. Lots 14 and 15, Block E and Lots 22 - 24, Block F, as shown <br />on the Plat of J. J. Schlitt Subdivision, Unit 1 Plat Book 7 <br />Page 37 of Public Records of Indian River County. <br />4. West 99 feet of South 110 feet of East 1/2 of South 1/2 of <br />South 1/2 of Northwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 as recorded <br />Official Records Book 483, Page 618. <br />5. Beginning at a Point being the Intersection of East <br />right-of-way of U. S.
