Mr. Barton <br />assured'them this would be done. <br />Question arose about these funds coming out of the <br />B.C.C. Contingency account, and the Finance Director <br />explained that this simply involves a name change on the <br />computer; each department actually has its own "reserve for <br />contingency." <br />Considerable discussion took place after Joe Baird of <br />the Utilities Department explained their need for two <br />vehicles. <br />Commissioners Lyons and Scurlock felt that we should <br />try to get by with one new vehicle, plus the one we already <br />have, since we are already halfway into the budget year. <br />4" <br />
