ORDINANCE 2012-020 <br />(a) Districts requiring special exception approval, (pursuant to the provisions of <br />971.05): A-1 A-2 A-3 IG. <br />(b) Additional information requirements: A site plan meeting all the requirements of <br />Chapter 914, which shows the location and specification of all screening materials, <br />the location and designation of all thoroughfare roads which serve the site and all <br />zoning districts within five hundred (500) feet of the site, and an operational plan <br />describing the type of materials accepted, the method of screening, handling, <br />storing, disposing, marketing, and turnover of stored/stockpiled material, and <br />means of complying with applicable environmental regulations. <br />(c) Criteria for demolition debris sites: <br />1. No debris shall be stored or- btffied within thirty (3 0) feet of any property line; <br />2. All demolition activities shall be completely surrounded by a continuous one <br />hundred (100) percent opaque fence= of wall, or berm at least eight (8) feet <br />in height, with a Type "C -B" buffer between the fence and adjacent property <br />boundaries and road rights-of-way; <br />3.
