ORDINANCE 2012-016 <br />SECTION #5: <br />Delete LDR Section 911.07(8) Required buffer yards, from the Single-family residential district: <br />SECTION #6: <br />Amend LDR Section 911.08(8), Required buffer yards, to read as follows: <br />(8) Required buffer yards: Where a multi -family project in the RM -6, RM -8 or RM -10 <br />district directiv adjoins a single-family zoning district, buffer yards shall be provided along the <br />boundary between the multifamily project and the single-family zoning district. Buffer yards shall be <br />located in common areas or separate_ buffer tracts, and are required along rear/side property lines, <br />measured at right angles to lot lines, as follows: <br />D A 4 2 U A 4 A DAT 6, RN4 4 and DAT 10 dist«ivt, <br />911.07(8).
