Maximum density for AG -3 is 1 unit/20 acres, and minimum lot size is <br />870,000 sq. ft. <br />2Air-1 is allowed only within areas where airstrips existed prior to February 13, 1990. <br />*Note: A one -foot additional setback is required for every one (1) foot in building height over <br />twenty-five (25) feet in building height.
